Grok Bot Agents · A Team for Churches

Get your Mondays back.

Your pastor didn’t answer the call to spend Monday on bulletins, receipts and Facebook posts. Four AI helpers draft that work, and you approve it.

  • Chief of Staff
  • Social Media Manager
  • Finance & Records
  • Youth Ministry Helper

Drafts only. You approve everything.

See it work

Watch your team get to work.

Ask in plain words. Your agents draft the work in seconds, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Built for your whole staff

One team. Three people it helps most.

Based on how church staff are already using AI: office busywork, not the work only people can do.

P

Pastor

  • Turn Sunday’s sermon notes into a summary, discussion questions and a midweek follow-up email draft.
  • Get a Monday briefing: this week’s events, visitors to follow up and decisions waiting on you.
  • Approve the monthly receipt reconciliation in one place instead of chasing paper.
S

Church Secretary

  • Draft the weekly bulletin and announcements from emails and the calendar.
  • Snap receipt photos and let them get sorted to the right fund and matched to card charges.
  • Keep volunteer reminders, room bookings and the church calendar up to date as drafts.
Y

Youth Pastor

  • Plan a mission trip: entry and visa rules, CDC vaccine notes, flight and lodging options, budget and itinerary drafts.
  • Track passports, permission forms and payment deadlines for every student and volunteer.
  • Draft parent emails and youth group posts for the week.

Meet the four agents

Mission trips, organized

From “where do we start?” to a ready packet.

Tell it where and when. It drafts the research and the paperwork, and it never books or pays without your approval.

Always confirm travel health and legal details with official sources like the CDC and the U.S. State Department.

Integrations

Connects to the tools you already use.

You connect your own accounts, and you can disconnect them anytime. Your team reads what it needs and saves its work as drafts.

  • Bank and card: connect through Plaid for read-only transactions, used to match receipts to charges. It can’t move money.
  • Passwords: sign in securely with your password manager. The bot never sees or stores your passwords.
  • Email and social: replies and posts wait as drafts until you approve them.

You stay in control

Drafts only. You approve everything.

Your team never sends an email, posts online or moves money on its own. Every message, post and report lands as a draft for a person to read and approve. You sign in to your own accounts, and we never ask for your passwords.

Do not share passwords, pastoral counseling notes, safeguarding records, children’s personal information, donor payment details or confidential financial records through this site or an inquiry.

How it works

Three steps. That’s it.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your church

Name, ministries, service times, your voice.

A short form. No tech skills needed.

  2. 2

    Meet your team

We set up all four agents and connect your tools.

You sign in yourself. We never see your passwords.

  3. 3

    Approve and go

Drafts show up each week. Approve, edit or toss.

Nothing sends, posts or pays without your yes.

FAQ

Good questions.

Is our church’s information private?

Your agents work inside your church’s own Grok Bot account, signed in with your accounts. Belfry never asks for your passwords. Keep sensitive pastoral details, like private prayer requests, out of it.

What does it cost?

Pick a plan above to see the price at checkout before you pay. You can also check on Plenary whether your church may qualify for tech grants that could cover it. Your Grok Bot plan is billed separately.

How does receipt tracking work?

Snap a photo of a receipt and send it in. Finance & Records reads the vendor, date and amount, suggests a fund, and matches it to the card or bank charge if you’ve connected your accounts read-only. It flags charges with no receipt and drafts a monthly reconciliation for your treasurer to approve.

Can it plan a mission trip?

It drafts the research and the paperwork: entry and visa requirements, local laws, recommended vaccinations, flight and lodging options, budget, itinerary, packing list and the parent and volunteer forms checklist. It never books or pays without your approval. Always confirm travel health and legal details with official sources like the CDC and the U.S. State Department.

What can’t it do?

It doesn’t send, post or pay anything on its own, and it doesn’t replace pastoral care, your treasurer or your accountant. It drafts. People decide.

Do we need to be technical?

No. If you can use email, you can review a draft. Or pick done-for-you and we’ll handle setup.

Give your pastor a team.

Bulletins, posts, receipts and mission trips. Four helpers, and every draft waits for your yes.
